Devotees climb the hill or take the ropeway, tie a sacred thread to a tree in the temple complex while making a wish, and return to untie it once the wish is fulfilled.

A hill-top shrine with a main sanctum, a courtyard of the wish-thread tree, and a ropeway and stairway from the base.
